Using a blog or other social content gives customers a great sense of just who you are, use these tools to communicate that personality. There’s a great opportunity here to educate them on who you are, and why they might want to use your products or services. Regularly updated content also is great currency for google searches, and keeps the site feeling alive. Its a great place to start!!
